What if the Recipient is Not Home?
|
All shipments are made with COLISSIMO. AppellationSensations.com does not require a signature for all shipments. In cases where a signature is not required, the COLISSIMO delivery person will usually leave the package in a safe place. In some cases, the COLISSIMO delivery person may choose to NOT leave the package at the door if he/she believes it is unsafe. In such cases, an attempt to deliver is made the following day.

How do I use my coupon/gift certif.?
|
To redeem a coupon or gift certificate, begin by adding products to your cart. When you proceed to the checkout page you will see a box to enter your coupon code. The total will be adjusted before you confirm your purchase. You will see exactly what your card will be charged (if anything) before you click confirm.

I have a gift certificate, do I need a credit card?
|
Yes. You must provide a credit card to redeem your gift certificate. When you advance to the final page of the checkout process, you will be able to enter your gift certificate code. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED if your order total is less than the gift certificate. The amount to be charged to your card (if any) will be clearly displayed after you have entered your gift certificate.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, we will provide a full refund.
