Chocolate shipped during hot weather may melt. Please anticipate your chocolate needs before hot weather. All food products are shipped at the customer risk during warm months. We will insulate food products for shipping but cannot be held responsible for damage due to heat. No refunds, returns or replacement of food products or shipping charges.

Please follow these steps for returning an item.

Return merchandise within 30 days of purchase (enclose invoice)
Refunds given only on merchandise purchased, shipping charges are non-refundable
State your reason for merchandise return
Return via DHL
Return merchandise in the same box it was shipped in
Allow 30 days for refund to process
Any item which has been opened or used may not be returned
